  • Daun Sukun (kering) 10 lbr
  • Daun Salam 4 lbr
  • Daun Pandan 4 lbr
  • Daun Sereh 10 lbr
  • Air bersih 3/4 ltr (cukup untuk persedian 1 minggu)
  Semua bahan dicampur dan direbus, setelah air rebusan mendidih dinginkan dan diminum 2x sehari. Bila air habis/tinggal sedikit tambahkan lagi air untuk direbus kembali, sampai 2x rebusan.
